About TechSupport Team
TechSupport Team specializes in L2 (second-level) and L3 (third-level) technical support for software and business applications. Technical support is our primary focus. We support all programming languages and provide teams with a Tech Lead for 24/7 coverage.
Summary
Our engineers investigate live incidents, prepare tested fixes and document root causes. A Tech Lead coordinates technical work, escalation and team continuity. Choose dedicated engineers under your manager or a team that manages the agreed support scope. We publish five anonymized, client-approved case studies. These describe particular engagements; evaluate the proposed team against your own system and support requirements.
What we do
- Staff augmentation: dedicated L2 and L3 support engineers who join your team.
- 24/7 coverage through shift rotations or on-call escalation.
- L2 investigation: reproduce errors and check logs, data and configuration.
- L3 engineering: code and infrastructure fixes with tests.
- Managed support: a support team that owns incidents for the systems in scope.
- Documentation: incident records, runbooks and RCA (root cause analysis) reports.
What we do not do
- First-line helpdesk or customer-service work.
- Consumer device repair or on-site hardware service.
- Official vendor support for products we do not own.
- Promises about response times before a contract defines them.
Working principles
- Scope in writing: we agree on roles, systems, versions, hours and responsibilities before engineers start.
- Your direction: dedicated engineers take their priorities from your team lead.
- Your controls: you own the accounts, the approvals and the right to remove our access.
- Evidence with every fix: each change comes with its test results.
- Honest limits: if we cannot staff part of your stack, the assessment says so.
How to evaluate us
Start with one engineer or a pilot on one of your applications. You can review how our engineers investigate, communicate, change code and hand work back. The onboarding plan sets out the checks before they work on their own.
For a representative incident, review how the engineer would investigate, what evidence they would collect, which actions need your approval and when they would escalate. In the pilot, review the incident record, test results and handover notes against the scope you agreed.
Our client case studies describe real engagements, anonymized and published only after each client approved them.
Review our free support tools and templates before an assessment. They show how we define support levels, escalation rules and incident severity. Adapt the examples to your own systems and approval process.
