Technical support across all programming languages
TechSupport Team supports all programming languages for application support and maintenance. Our L2 and L3 teams investigate code, data, configuration and integrations. A Tech Lead coordinates technical work across the stack. The service scope defines system access, versions, coverage and change approval.
Summary
Our language coverage is not limited to the examples in this matrix. TechSupport Team provides support across all programming languages, with a Tech Lead and a team sized for the agreed coverage. We confirm named engineers, access and handover before support begins. Your code and configuration can be in scope; closed vendor internals remain the vendor's responsibility.
Capability matrix
Each row shows the systems in an area, the L2 (second-level) and L3 (third-level) work, and the limits. Work in an area starts only after the assessment confirms engineers for your stack. CI/CD means continuous integration and continuous delivery: the pipelines that build, test and deploy your code. Product names identify common systems. They do not imply a partnership with, or an endorsement by, their vendors.
| Area | Examples of systems | L2 work | L3 work | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Backend runtimes and frameworks | Java and Spring, .NET and ASP.NET Core, Python, Node.js, PHP | Read logs and stack traces, reproduce errors, check runtime settings, restart or roll back within runbooks. | Fix defects, update dependencies, tune memory and thread settings, add tests. | Defects inside a framework or runtime go to its maintainers. We apply a workaround meanwhile. |
| Frontend applications | React, Angular and Vue single-page apps; server-rendered web apps | Reproduce browser errors, read client error reports, check failed API calls. | Fix frontend defects and build failures, update packages. | Browser and device defects outside your code are reported, not fixed. |
| Databases | PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server | Find slow queries, locks and connection limits; check replication status and failed migrations. | Change queries, indexes and migrations through code review. | Backup, restore testing and full DBA (database administrator) ownership are agreed separately. Managed database internals stay with the cloud provider. |
| Cloud and containers | AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes | Check service health, scaling, networking, certificates and configuration. | Change infrastructure code and deployment configuration. | We are not the cloud provider's support plan. Account, billing and platform faults stay with the provider. |
| APIs, integrations and messaging | REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, scheduled file transfers | Compare payloads, trace failed calls, inspect queues and replay messages with approval. | Fix mapping, retry and validation logic. | Partner systems are fixed by their owners. We supply the evidence. |
| CI/CD and observability | Build pipelines, deployment tools, log search, metrics and tracing tools | Diagnose failed builds and deployments; read dashboards and alerts. | Fix pipeline configuration; add alerts and health checks. | Outages of the tools themselves are tracked, not fixed. |
| Enterprise platforms | CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning) and commerce platforms | Investigate incidents in the integrations around the platform. | Fix integration code you own. Change custom platform code and configuration only after the assessment names an engineer for that platform. | Core product defects stay with the vendor. This is not official vendor support. |
How we confirm coverage for your stack
Inventory
You list the languages, frameworks, versions, hosting, data stores and integrations, or we collect them during the assessment.
Match
We check whether we can propose engineers with experience in each part of your stack and availability for your coverage hours.
Gaps
We tell you what we cannot cover, and suggest who should own it, such as the vendor or your own team.
Scope
The written scope lists each covered system, its versions, its coverage hours and its limits.
Old and unsupported versions
End-of-life versions need extra care, because their vendors no longer patch them. The assessment lists each end-of-life component, the risk it carries and whether we can support it. Upgrades are planned in software maintenance.
Where each area fits in our services
- Live incidents in any area: application support and 24/7 technical support.
- Code and infrastructure fixes after an escalation: L2 and L3 support.
- Upgrades, patches and preventive changes: software maintenance.
- Multi-tenant products: SaaS support.
Questions buyers ask
Can you support a technology that is not in the matrix?
Yes. TechSupport Team supports all programming languages; this matrix gives examples. We confirm the proposed engineers, system access and coverage plan during the assessment. Proprietary vendor internals and third-party service ownership remain separate boundaries.
Are you an official partner of these vendors?
Vendor names on this page identify common systems. They do not claim a partnership, a certification or an endorsement. Official product support stays with each vendor.
Do you provide database administration?
Our support covers database incidents that affect your application, such as slow queries, locks and failed migrations. Full DBA ownership, including backup and restore testing, is agreed separately, and only when we can name the engineer who owns it.
